Colleen Lederer has over 23 years of Customer Service Experience. 23 years of claim representing,14 years as an medical claims adjustor and 9 years as an clerical estimator. She has a strong understanding of ICD9, HCPC’s and CPT Coding. She is a great addition to the Saylor PT team. She is an graduate of Kent State University, Kent, OH.
Lisa Fossett earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training from the University of Central Florida in 2002 and her Master’s of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Florida International University in 2006. As a specialist in sports-related injuries, Ms. Fossett has worked with high school, collegiate, and professional athletes. She served as the head Physical Therapist/Athletic Trainer for The Washington Glory, D.C.’s professional fast pitch softball team, for two years. Ms. Fossett has completed extensive manual therapy training and is currently working towards her Certification in Manual Therapy and a Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy while completing her Certification as a Board Certified Orthopeadic Specialist, as well as becoming a certified pilates instructor. Ms. Fossett is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association and National Athletic Trainers Association. Lisa is also TPI certified as well.
Meghan Chamberlain earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Sport Science from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Florida Gulf Coast University. She has utilized her experience in orthopedic injuries/ailments to improve the quality of life for residents of Central Florida. Meghan is the lead physical therapist of our Winter Park and Lake Mary locations; each of which offer care for various orthopedic/sport injuries, specialized women’s health care, and geriatric care. She has been apart of the Saylor family for 2 years and continues to strive to offer all residents of Central Florida the Saylor PT experience.
Javin Sterner comes to Saylor Physical Therapy from a local orthopedic, outpatient clinic. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte where he received his Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology in 2008. He then attended Western Carolina University, where he received his Masters in Physical Therapy. Javin received extensive training in orthopedic physical therapy while at Western Carolina and focused his clinical rotations in the outpatient setting. Javin is a strong manual therapist specializing in the Maitland technique. His goal is to be a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT) by the end of 2013. Through this specialty he receives advanced training in restoring joint mobility and strength, as well as, alleviating pain. He enjoys treating patients of all ages and with various conditions. As his specialty is orthopedics, he frequently treats patients with neurological and vestibular problems. With a family of three at home, Javin stays very active. He enjoys spending time with his family, working out at the local YMCA and attending sport and other community events here in the Mooresville area.
Heidi Betz Smith, PT, graduated from University of Florida with a Master’s in Physical Therapy in 2005. Prior to that she attended Clemson University for her undergraduate degree in Health Science. She is a huge college football fan. Her interest and focus has always been in orthopedics and working with athletes.
Heidi spent a large portion of her life as a distance runner and soccer player and has recently switched to more strength and conditioning workouts. She is passionate about helping people develop healthy fitness routines. She has a strong background in running mechanics and performs video analysis for runners. Manual techniques combined with corrective exercises are what she uses to allow continued running and return to full strength competing in less time.
Heidi has an extensive background in sports medicine with a clinical rotation spent in Birmingham, AL where she had the opportunity to work with some of the top sports physical therapists in the country. She also has a strong manual therapy background having spent a year studying the Maitland technique in California while she worked at one of the most elite gyms in the Bay Area. After her training in California, Heidi worked in Savannah, Georgia, where she became the head of the physical therapy division of D1 Sports Training. Since then, Heidi has worked with a local orthopedic group. In 2015, she joined the Saylor Team, and is extremely happy and honored to become part of the Team.
Kelsey Dudgeon, DPT is originally from Buffalo, NY where she graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Natural Science from Daemen College. She received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy degree from Daemen College and has lived in the central Florida area for the last 3 years with her fiancé. She is currently finalizing her study to become a certified kinesiotaping practitioner (CKTP). She enjoys treating post-operative and sports related injuries and is looking to specialize in vestibular rehabilitation. In her spare time, she is planning her Fall 2016 wedding, spending time with her fiancé and enjoys playing kickball and tennis as well as cooking.
Lindsay Morris, DPT received her Bachelors of Science degree in Rehabilitation Science from the University of Pittsburgh in 2009. She went on earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Northeastern University in Boston, MA, in 2014.
Lindsay has a strong interest in vestibular rehabilitation and her experiences include extensive clinical work in a specialized vestibular and balance center in Pittsburgh. Lindsay also has a strong acute care background, working at a large academic hospital where she worked with medical cases including stroke, amputations, complex joint replacements and revisions, stem cell transplants for lymphoma patients, and other musculoskeletal-oncological cases.
In her free time, Lindsay is an avid runner, having completed many half and full marathons. As a new Floridian, she is also enjoying taking advantage of the beautiful weather to pursue new found interests in paddle boarding and bike riding!
Samantha Meyers earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern University in 2011 and her Certification of Manual Physical Therapy from the Florida Institute of Orthopedic Physical Therapy in 2014. She has completed courses in both Kinesiotaping and Kinematic taping. Samantha is now a LSVT BIG Certified Clinician: Treatment for Parkinson’s Disease and Neurological Conditions. Since graduation she has worked exclusively in the outpatient setting treating a variety of orthopedic, neurological and vestibular conditions. Having undergone ACL reconstruction on both knees from sports injuries, she has a special passion for treating and preventing knee injuries. She was born and raised in Royal Palm Beach, FL and attended the University of Florida for her undergraduate degree. She is an avid Gator Football fan, enjoys traveling and as a new mom loves to spend time with her husband and son.
Kaylee Eickhoff earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Central Florida, with a specialization in Hospitality Management and a minor in Education. Her career began over 15 years ago in customer service at The Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach, Florida. There she was promoted to the Head Trainer of Concierge and then hand selected to manage the newest department at the resort. Kaylee’s knowledge and experience allowed her to pursue her dream and move abroad to teach English in South Korea. During this time she was able to travel to over 13 countries, and assist others achieve their educational goals. Kaylee has accomplished outstanding personal and team results, and her greatest motivation is coaching others to perform above and beyond expectations.
Meredith Shoe is a Mooresville High School graduate and Mooresville native. She always dreamed of going into Education and completed a BA degree in Elementary Education at UNC Charlotte. She has been in the customer service industry for almost ten years and loves working with people. She enjoys attending summer concerts and being outdoors. The light of her life is her two year old niece, Emmalyne.
