Jamii Saylor has over 20 years of Practice Management experience and holds his Associate of Science Degree in Human Resources Management and is currently pursuing his Masters in Business Management and Business Law with a Ph.D. in Psychology.

He is the owner of Saylor Medical Management as well as an owner of Saylor PT of Palm Beach Gardens, Lake Mary and Mooresville.

Jamii has worked for over 6 years with his Saylor Consulting and Solutions team to perfect the Saylor PT clinic not only on the therapy and treatment side but on the billing and operations sides as well to further make our patients experience 100% smooth.

Our goal is to make the only concern for our patients “getting better”!

Jamii is also a certified Physical Therapy Aide, as well as a Certified Professional Coach and a Certified Life Coach Therapist.


Colleen Lederer has over 23 years of Customer Service Experience. 23 years of claim representing,14 years as a medical claims adjustor and 9 years as a clerical estimator. She has a strong understanding of ICD9, HCPC’s and CPT Coding. She is a great addition to the Saylor PT team. She is a graduate of Kent State University, Kent, OH.

Lisa Fossett earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training from the University of Central Florida in 2002 and her Master’s of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Florida International University in 2006. As a specialist in sports-related injuries, Ms. Fossett has worked with high school, collegiate, and professional athletes. She served as the head Physical Therapist/Athletic Trainer for The Washington Glory, D.C.’s professional fastpitch softball team, for two years.

Ms. Fossett has completed extensive manual therapy training and is currently working towards her Certification in Manual Therapy and a Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy while completing her Certification as a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist, as well as becoming a certified Pilates instructor. Ms. Fossett is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the National Athletic Trainers Association. Lisa is also TPI certified as well.

Kaylee Eickhoff earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Central Florida, with a specialization in Hospitality Management and a minor in Education. Her career began over 15 years ago in customer service at The Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach, Florida. There she was promoted to the Head Trainer of Concierge and then hand selected to manage the newest department at the resort.

Kaylee’s knowledge and experience allowed her to pursue her dream and move abroad to teach English in South Korea. During this time she was able to travel to over 13 countries, and assist others to achieve their educational goals. Kaylee has accomplished outstanding personal and team results, and her greatest motivation is coaching others to perform above and beyond expectations.

Heather Kennedy received her Bachelor’s in Health Sciences and a minor in fitness training from The University of Central Florida. She then earned her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Long Island University and has found a home in outpatient physical therapy.

She has a multitude of experience with very acute post-op patients and sports specific training. Heather is trained as a swim instructor and has coached both youth league basketball and volleyball. She has been a medical volunteer for two years with the New York City Marathon and has submitted research to the Combined Sections Meeting of the American Physical Therapy Association. Heather also enjoys fitness and health, surfing, and family time. 

Rachael Elking, DPT earned her Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training from Otterbein University in a suburb of Columbus, Ohio and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Ohio University. Rachael was born and raised in a small town in Ohio and moved to Florida after graduating from PT school to allow her husband to pursue his career.

Rachael has experience working in the outpatient setting and enjoys treating all conditions but tends to gravitate towards neurological conditions such as Parkinson and Stroke/CVA. Rachael is passionate about helping individuals live the happiest, healthiest life and getting people back to doing the activities they enjoy. In Rachael’s free time she enjoys working out, reading, spending time with her husband and family.

Dr. Amber Hartman, was born and raised in Vermont where she received her bachelor degree in Exercise Science from Lyndon State College in 2011. While at Lyndon, Amber spent 3 years as a Division III Tennis player and earned her certification as a personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.  Amber completed her graduate studies at Northeastern University in Boston MA where she received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

Amber’s goals are to provide all of her patients with a deep understanding of their injury or condition. She strives to provide the tools and education necessary to empower each patient towards better health, improved function, and well being. She has treated a variety of clients with a large emphasis on geriatric health and fitness and spinal disorders. Amber strives to improve her knowledge through the attendance of continued education and has recently completed both level 1 and level 2 of The Meeks Methods, geared toward the prevention and treatment of spinal compression fractures.

On the weekends you can find Amber perusing antique stores, hiking, golfing, or getting in the car and getting lost in the beautiful state of NC.

Dr. Lauren Lee is an Eastern North Carolina native who graduated from East Carolina University’s Doctorate of Physical Therapy Program. Prior to that, she completed her Bachelors of Science in Biology and Exercise Science at the University of Mount Olive, where she competed as a Division II Volleyball athlete.

Throughout her educational, clinical, and athletic experiences, Lauren has developed a passion for outpatient orthopedic care with a focus in manual therapy.  She has knowledge and training ranging across the age spectrum, from children with developmental delays, weekend warriors, and even to older adults following joint replacements. She is trigger point dry needling certified utilizing a non-aggressive technique to assist with pain, mobility, and motor control.

Lauren aspires to further her training by becoming a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT). She believes that patient-focused care provided in a fun, friendly environment is the first step towards positive outcomes and she is excited to get you back in the game.

This small-town girl enjoys keeping her competitive side alive by participating in indoor/outdoor volleyball leagues, running, watching any and all sports, and exploring this beautiful city.

Lauren Kratofil, DPT, earned her Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology from Florida State University, and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Florida International University, graduating number 1 in her class. She has experience in a myriad of environments and enjoys working one on one with her patients. She also plans on becoming manually certified in the near future.

Lauren was born and raised in Pompano Beach, Florida and loves the beautiful sunny weather. Her love of physical therapy stems from watching and learning from her uncle who has been a physical therapist for over 30 years. She was inspired as she watched him have such a positive impact on his patient’s lives and quickly fell in love with the profession. She enjoys hiking and exploring the outdoors with her husband at their family cabin in Montana.


Amy Brown was born and raised in upstate New York where she enjoyed outdoor activities such as horseback riding. Amy participated in track and field and soccer in high school and had her first exposure to physical therapy after suffering stress fractures from running. Amy has always held a personal interest in health, fitness, and nutrition. At Indiana Wesleyan University, where she double-majored in Exercise Science and Business Administration, Amy co-created a fitness program for fellow students with a focus on improving self-image.

Amy graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2009, having been on the Dean’s List all four years. Following graduation, Amy moved to South Florida and began her career in the fitness industry as a personal trainer at PGA National; at the same time, she began a private business as a personal trainer. During this time, she discovered her love for physical therapy while working as a physical therapy technician at a local clinic. Hoping to better help people find health and healing, she decided to pursue a degree in physical therapy.

Amy Brown, DPT, is a graduate of the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. She received her doctorate degree in physical therapy and graduated with high honors in 2014. Amy has completed all advanced manual therapy courses for special certification in manual therapy from the University of St Augustine. These courses include evaluating and treating the upper cervical, cervical, lumbar spine, pelvis and sacroiliac joint, as well as extremities. She has also received training in Pilates. Amy applies her background in personal training and personal fitness to her practice every day.

Amy joined Saylor Physical Therapy in the spring of 2015. She is excited to pursue further manual therapy training and integrate Pilates and Redcord into her practice.


Meredith Shoe is a Mooresville High School graduate and Mooresville native. She always dreamed of going into Education and completed a BA degree in Elementary Education at UNC Charlotte.

She has been in the customer service industry for almost ten years and loves working with people. She enjoys attending summer concerts and being outdoors. The light of her life is her two-year-old niece, Emmalyne.

Cole Ramsdell comes to Saylor after years as a Redcord and Pilates Instructor as well as a Certified Personal Trainer and instructor. He is also certified as a Core Align Instructor as well. Cole believes in one on one care and patients and clients deserve only the best.

Cole has been a patient at Saylor for years which led to his current role as VP of Public Outreach. In his spare time, Cole enjoys working out and spending time with his family and 3 dogs.

Jaclyn Fisher, is a Florida native who graduated from Florida Atlantic University in 2009 in which she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Administration. In 2015 she earned a Certificate in Medical Billing and Coding from Palm Beach State College. She is also CPR Certified.

After caring for a close family member that was lost to ALS, she aspired to be part of the medical field which she has proudly served in for over 10 years.  She enjoys the fast-paced ever-changing day-to-day of customer service and prides herself on a work ethic that ensures a positive image of herself and the company she represents. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, her cat and dog and watching the Indianapolis Colts.
