Jamii Saylor has over 20 years of Practice Management experience and holds his Associate of Science Degree in Human Resources Management and is currently pursuing his Masters in Business Management and Business Law with a Ph.D. in Psychology.

He is the owner of Saylor Medical Management as well as an owner of Saylor PT of Palm Beach Gardens, Lake Mary and Mooresville.

Jamii has worked for over 6 years with his Saylor Consulting and Solutions team to perfect the Saylor PT clinic not only on the therapy and treatment side but on the billing and operations sides as well to further make our patients experience 100% smooth.

Our goal is to make the only concern for our patients “getting better”!

Jamii is also a certified Physical Therapy Aide, as well as a Certified Professional Coach and a Certified Life Coach Therapist.


Colleen Lederer has over 23 years of Customer Service Experience. 23 years of claim representing,14 years as an medical claims adjustor and 9 years as an clerical estimator. She has a strong understanding of ICD9, HCPC’s and CPT Coding. She is a great addition to the Saylor PT team. She is an graduate of Kent State University, Kent, OH.

Lisa Fossett earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training from the University of Central Florida in 2002 and her Master’s of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Florida International University in 2006. As a specialist in sports-related injuries, Ms. Fossett has worked with high school, collegiate, and professional athletes. She served as the head Physical Therapist/Athletic Trainer for The Washington Glory, D.C.’s professional fast pitch softball team, for two years. Ms. Fossett has completed extensive manual therapy training and is currently working towards her Certification in Manual Therapy and a Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy while completing her Certification as a Board Certified Orthopeadic Specialist, as well as becoming a certified pilates instructor. Ms. Fossett is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association and National Athletic Trainers Association. Lisa is also TPI certified as well.

Kaylee Eickhoff earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Central Florida, with a specialization in Hospitality Management and a minor in Education. Her career began over 15 years ago in customer service at The Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach, Florida. There she was promoted to the Head Trainer of Concierge and then hand selected to manage the newest department at the resort. Kaylee’s knowledge and experience allowed her to pursue her dream and move abroad to teach English in South Korea. During this time she was able to travel to over 13 countries, and assist others achieve their educational goals. Kaylee has accomplished outstanding personal and team results, and her greatest motivation is coaching others to perform above and beyond expectations.

Heather Kennedy received her Bachelor’s in Health sciences and a minor in fitness training from The University of Central Florida. She then earned her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Long Island University and has found a home in outpatient physical therapy. She has a multitude of experience with very acute post-op patients and with sports specific training. Heather is trained as a swim instructor and has coached both youth league basketball and volleyball. She has been a medical volunteer for two years with the New York City Marathon and has submitted research to the Combined Sections Meeting of the American Physical Therapy Association. Heather also enjoys fitness and health, surfing, and family time. 

Dr. Lim Hong graduated from Virginia Tech and received her Bachelors of Science in 2012. Upon graduation, she attended Lynchburg College and received a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2015. During her undergraduate studies, Dr. Hong accumulated extensive experience at various outpatient orthopedic clinics and personal training while working at the Virginia Tech Student Rec Center. Through clinical internships, she has gained knowledge working with patients of all ages from infancy to elderly (she has a soft spot for the kiddos).  Her goal is to become a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMPT) as well as to become more involved in the community by working with young athletes.

Dr. Hong has developed a love for fitness over the years and is passionate with helping patients achieve their goals.  As a Virginia Tech alumna, she strives to always follow the motto, “Ut Prosim,” (That I May Serve).  She is also a HUGE Hokie football fan!

Dr. Amber Hartman, was born and raised in Vermont where she received her bachelor degree in Exercise Science from Lyndon State College in 2011. While at Lyndon, Amber spent 3 years as a Division III Tennis player and earned her certification as a personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.  Amber completed her graduate studies at Northeastern University in Boston MA where she received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

Amber’s goals are to provide all of her patients with a deep understanding of their injury or condition. She strives to provide the tools and education necessary to empower each patient towards better health, improved function, and well being. She has treated a variety of clients with a large emphasis in geriatric health and fitness and spinal disorders. Amber strives to improve her knowledge through the attendance of continued education and has recently completed both level 1 and level 2 of The Meeks Methods, geared toward the prevention and treatment of spinal compression fractures.

On the weekends you can find Amber perusing antique stores, hiking, golfing, or getting in the car and getting lost in the beautiful state of NC.

Lauren Kratofil, DPT, earned her Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology from Florida State University, and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Florida International University, graduating number 1 in her class. She has experience in a myriad of environments and enjoys working one on one with her patients. She also plans on becoming manually certified in the near future. Lauren was born and raised in Pompano Beach, Florida and loves the beautiful sunny weather. Her love of physical therapy stems from watching and learning from her uncle who has been a physical therapist for over 30 years. She was inspired as she watched him have such a positive impact on his patient’s lives and quickly fell in love with the profession. She enjoys hiking and exploring the outdoors with her husband at their family cabin in Montana.


Amy Brown was born and raised in upstate New York where she enjoyed outdoor activities such as horseback riding. Amy participated in track and field and soccer in high school and had her first exposure to physical therapy after suffering stress fractures from running. Amy has always held a personal interest in health, fitness, and nutrition. At Indiana Wesleyan University, where she double majored in Exercise Science and Business Administration, Amy co-created a fitness program for fellow students with focus on improving self-image.

Amy graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2009, having been on the Dean’s List all four years.
Following graduation, Amy moved to south florida and began her career in the fitness industry as a personal trainer at PGA National; at the same time she began a private business as a personal trainer. During this time, she discovered her love of physical therapy while working as a physical therapy technician at a local clinic. Hoping to better help people find health and healing, she decided to pursue a degree in physical therapy.
Amy Brown, DPT, is a graduate of the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. She received her doctorate degree in physical therapy and graduated with high honors in 2014. Amy has completed all advanced manual therapy courses for special certification in manual therapy from the University of St Augustine. These courses include evaluating and treating the upper cervical, cervical, lumbar spine, pelvis and sacroiliac joint, as well extremities. She has also received training in Pilates. Amy applies her background in personal training and personal fitness to her practice every day.
Amy joined Saylor Physical Therapy in the spring of 2015. She is excited to pursue further manual therapy training and integrate Pilates and Redcord into her practice.


Meredith Shoe is a Mooresville High School graduate and Mooresville native. She always dreamed of going into Education and completed a BA degree in Elementary Education at UNC Charlotte. She has been in the customer service industry for almost ten years and loves working with people. She enjoys attending summer concerts and being outdoors. The light of her life is her two year old niece, Emmalyne.

Cole Ramsdell comes to Saylor after years as a Redcord and Pilates Instructor as well as a Certified Personal Trainer and instructor. He is also certified as a Core Align Instructor as well. Cole believes in one on one care and patients and clients deserve only the best. Cole has been a patient at Saylor for years which led to his current role as VP of Public Outreach. In his spare time, Cole enjoys working out and spending time with his family and 3 dogs.

Megan Aispuro

Megan Aispuro is a Mooresville High School graduate and has spent most of her life residing in Mooresville. She attended Mitchell Community College and received a Certificate in Esthetics. She has worked in the customer service industry for over ten years and enjoys interacting with people. She is one of seven children and loves spending time with her big, loving family.Her pride and joy is her amazing four year old daughter, Leona.
